I just noticed a subtle but meaningful difference between skinny and obese Liliana. Skinny Lilliana on the original card has her legs crossed, while morbidly obese Liliana just has her legs in a neutral position, presumably because her colossal belly makes it impossible to cross her legs.

Yes, the size of the belly + the size of the legs really limits your ability to cross your legs like that.
