cool it with the anti-Semitic remarks

Oh no, did I fail already?

U R RACIST AND OFFENSIVE! I CANCEL U

Like I said, letting my parents be aware of my Newgrounds account was not one of my smarter decisions in life...

Im gonna do the same, but not the artstyle tho

You have to tone down your stuff for your job, too?

@jthrash I will draw an nsfw aet with separate account too, if my drawing time not 2-3 hours a day

Nice! Personally I would be fine doing 95% of my drawings in my alternate NSFW account (if I make one) if it means I could draw whatever I want while being anonymous, which I obviously can't do with this account (especially since I'm basically using my real name as my username). But that's why I need that NSFW account to not only be under a different name, but a different art style, because my current art style seems to be unique enough for people to think "Hey, that was drawn by jthrash, wasn't it?"

hm... ain't it a little too much of paranoia like taking care of everything you do online and avoid posting some content and like wanting to post some stuff but you can't cuz of a possible opportunity of working on a famous studio or something? Do a guy really gotta be impeccable to work to those famous studios? Is it really worth it? Or your parents are making you do it like that?
Maybe it really is the right to do, but it feels like you're avoiding doing things you want to do, limiting your art and such

It's very much just my parents, honestly. Maybe if I go to certain networking events like CTN (Cartoon Talent Expo) or SIGGRAPH, then my social media wouldn't as matter as much, especially if I work at a more adult-oriented animation studio like Titmouse (although I think Titmouse works for some pre-school shows, too). Lesson learned, don't let the "normies" in your life ever know you have a Newgrounds account. It's also kind of that a lot of my followers here seem to be very young--arguably too young to have an account on a kinky website like Newgrounds in the first, and probably only aware of this site in the first place because of Friday Night Funkin'. If I wanted to specialize in adult humor without any clueless parents and parents groups trying to "cancel" me, then making a separate, anonymous "adults only" account seems to safest way to go about it.

Personally I would like to learn how shows like Pee-wee's Playhouse and SpongeBob Squarepants managed to simultaneously be entertaining to small children and their parents while also having naughty, naughty jokes that only college stoners would have understood, ensuring the people least likely to be offended by dirty jokes are the only ones that know a dirty joke was told in the first place. Like, for example, in the Season 1 SpongeBob episode that introduced Bubble Bass ("The pickles were under his tongue the whole time!"), there was a point where SpongeBob wears his underpants over his eyes and nose, and it wasn't until just a week or two ago, at the ripe age of 28, that I figured out SpongeBob's nose was supposed to look like an erect penis jutting out of the underwear.

I have huge respect for writers that manage to slip such dirty humor in children's shows without the children or the parents even noticing, while clearly being there for people that do have that sense of humor. Especially people that had to put up with Disney's censors, like Alex Hirsch when he made Gravity Falls.

@jthrash yo dude, maybe you can talk with your parents about it, you're over 18, you got some experience on this business already. I surely dont know how it is to be to have family like that my family is pretty okay with eofs, my dad is pretty whatever, my aunt like eofs even showed it to my grandma (lol), but i think you can settle that thing with them
