Mental health/wellness. Naturally, the healthcare industry in general has some strict privacy guidelines to protect patients, so I don't want to go into any details beyond that. Plus, I'll get busier at work soon, so I won't have as much time for this stuff until after work hours and days off--but I only work four-day workweeks, so I'll have plenty of time not just for sketches, but full-blown projects while still getting the necessary rest on weekends to effectively work in this industry.
