Oh, maybe it's some time zone difference thing. Like, you post on Saturdays, but I don't get to see it until it's Sunday in my Time Zone. Whatever, weekends in general seem to work best for all of us.
I hated my job at chucky cheese, kids always touching me with their sticky fingers and trying to take my mascot head off.
I got so stressed my only comfort was cig’s and my phone, and yeah the algorithm for shit like tiktok and twitter was shit.
Sad you have to work so much.
Thankfully my current job is better-paying and more useful to society than that, at least. Certainly better than the previous jobs I had in retail where customers would yell at me about Hunter Biden or whatever and they had me pushing carts in 100-degree weather during the summer because all of my younger and elderly co-workers were lazy and skipped work a lot.
So yeah, at least I'm busy with a far better job that will hopefully subsidize my art hobby, at least.

There's sooooo many great artists here that I am unlikely to find elsewhere, and the list of great artists, animators and game devs here keeps growing every day as they get screwed by the likes of X/Twitter, ArtStation, DeviantArt and YouTube, and look for a site less hostile to artistic users in particular. That's basically why Newgrounds has become "addictive" to me. It's gotten to the point where I need to carefully decide how much time to I want to spend scrolling through and commenting on the submissions of the growing number of cool artists I decide to Follow here, versus actually contributing my own stuff to this site, even if the time demands of solo animation + a day job mean I might have to "disappear" from here from time to time to get more stuff done.
And I really think a lot of people here are cool and worth having conversations with, including you, so I don't want to become one of those famous artists that completely ignore the comments they get to ensure they have as much time as possible to actually make stuff. I still want to carve out time to actually respond to every remotely-interesting comment I get and art of others I really like. Plus, I can't work ALL the time or else I'll burn out (like today, obviously I'm procrastinating), so I do want people to know that I'm available here some of the time, still.
You seem to be most active on Sundays and only Sundays, and so do I lot of artists here I admire, so I might try still being consistently active here on Sundays, at the very least...
