If you want something uplifting with a bonus of innocence, you can try out Frog & Toad, Stillwater, or Elinor Wonders Why (yes it's PBS Kids but science themed so you might learn something, who knows).
Hi, my name is Jeffrey Thrash. You may know me from my YouTube channel. I enjoy video games and cartoons and I like to create my own animations. Enjoy!

Emmet Otter’s Jugband Christmas made me cry tears of joy.
I have no idea why, but I suggest it.
Over the Garden Wall. Nice short animated series. Filled with humor, whimsy ,and musical numbers.
I can’t think of any games… I don’t know, Studio Ghibli movies? Kiki’s Delivery Service is one in particular that I think of when I need something to cheer me up :)
@jthrash its pretty mature, but more as its very slice of lifey and not childlike
Like Rocko's Modern Life? Admittedly, not a lot of "adult" animation outside of early Simpsons and Smiling Friends appeals to me, I guess I'm perfectly fine if it's like Rocko's Modern Life in that it depicts young adult life.
@jthrash yes. theres also a lot of nice chill rap/reggae.
Sweet!

Okay. If there's something a bit more mature that is fun and comedic, too, that would be nice. Especially if it's animated.
