My grandparents on my mother's side escaped Cuba for the United States when Fidel Castro took over in the 1960's. We did look deeper into the family history, and technically I descended mostly from Spaniard conquistadors who happened to live in Cuba for hundreds of years.

I would absolutely love to see that first panel completely drawn, save for the nostrils (tbh I think it's too much).
Understandable, I've been probably over-doing it with giving ALL my big-nosed characters weird pig nostrils, anyway.
Glad to see you enjoyed the joke in the first panel, though! Whether or not I fully render it depends on how much energy I have after the months-long animation project I'm working on is FINALLY released (and I even remember the sketch's existence by then), can't make any promises.
