That's a great idea. He reminds me of the "I am Error" guy in Zelda II: Link's Adventure, who is so mysterious and generates a lot of discussion online to this day, but is probably just some NPC with odd dialogue. At the very least, it will make players react in a similar amusing manner as the guppy kid in the last panel.
