She kind of reminds me of Jumba from Lilo and Stitch. Or any alien from that movie, really. The design is definitely very Chris Sanders-esque.

That, and the sketchy background is a bold and brilliant design choice, and reminds me of 1950’s UPA cartoons like Mr. Magoo. So it looks like I did have something productive to say, after all!

A-yep, that’s animation for you. Just be glad you’re not making some minutes-long cartoon like I’ve had to do for the past year. I’d say this was very much worth the pain you must have put yourself through, though!
