Blythe seems like the kind of boss that would intentionally talk like the obnoxious boss in 1999’s Office Space just to make her “underlings” suffer more. Maybe throw in a lot of “Pointy-Haired Boss” platitudes like “Work Smarter, Not Harder” when her employees want an honest, genuine discussion with her instead of her spouting LinkedIn gibberish.
