Kind of reminds me of the “Beat-Alls” episode of Powerpuff Girls, which was apparently a big enough deal to be featured in my local newspaper at the time. It was a great episode, of course, the villains beat up the Beatles, who apparently aged down 30 years and came back to life in the case of two of them, only to be assaulted again by cartoon characters. Different times, back then…
