You should have seen the excitement on my face when I clicked on the thumbnail at seeing some cute TTYD fanart, the horror upon realizing this was drawn by Joao, and the utter relief I had when the image loaded and that it was just Goombella sitting and smiling, nothing weird. The Thousand Year Door itself already has some weird stuff that I'm surprised didn't get too butchered by the new English translation, like Hooktail offering to let you smell her feet.
