I don’t even know what I’m looking at, but I like it.

Potatoman responds:

Its a hand squishing a turquoise creature's lips

A lot of PS1 RPGs are difficult to finish without a good strategy guide or walkthrough—ironic considering you couldn’t just go to GameFAQs or find a YouTube walkthrough back then, you had to hope a game was popular enough to get a proper Prima or Brady Games strategy guidebook. Final Fantasy IX is one of my favorites, though, so it’s worth playing in my opinion.

FuShark responds:

Hah yeh, that's one way of playing a game that doesn't exist anymore unless you force yourself not to look. I would love to eventually.

I REEEEAAALLY hope she has responsible parents who know what she’s doing on the Internet. Her childlike innocence must be protected for as long as possible!

Nabella responds:

She's beyond any of us in the sense that she strictly uses the internet for research and practical purposes.

He knows when you are sleeping...
He knows when you’re awake...
He knows if you’ve been bad or good so be good for goodness sake!

Nabella responds:

Santa and Jesus were brothers separated at birth.

This is a great low-poly design, but I do have a nitpick about the turntable animation that can easily be fixed. Assuming you use Blender, it looks like you used the default “Slow In, Slow Out” animation interpolation—Quote here would spin consistently at the same speed if you set the keyframes to “Linear” instead. Also, to make this rotation truly seamless, you should render the whole animation, but cut out the last frame in your video editor. For example, if your animation is 120 frames long, cut out the 120th frame only so that it doesn’t look like Quote stops rotating for a split second before starting again. Then he could spin non-stop for all eternity!

nokoi responds:

good call, added it as an extra cause i wanted the original to stop for a sec

You might want to take Birdo to the ER, Yosh. They’re not looking so good...

DummyPhantom responds:

From Freedom Planet? Nice.

Gx3RComics responds:

Yup! Lot of followers on twitter seem to be into the game, me too so, figured it'd work out

I swear, you always pick the best traditional medium to paint/draw in to better enhance the mood of the piece!

AntonM responds:

It’s so annoying when mosquitoes start buzzing around you when you’re trying to perform at a concert, huh?

sugarshoot10 responds:

uughh i know, they're so annoying

Thanks, I want to tar and feather this filthy waste of the planet’s non-renewable resources. In all seriousness, this is a great character design, it just screams “I’m rich and evil! I must get...MMM...richer!”

Chalecus responds:

Thank you! And you described him perfectly, all he wants is to control everything.
