This is an absolutely stunning render. I recently watched a tutorial about a few ways to make CG images more “photoreal” including deliberately adding noise, chromatic aberration, and other common camera/film flaws similar to Pixar to make even the most stylized renders feel like actual photographs. Maybe you’ll want to experiment with that, at least in your private projects?

For a second, I thought I was looking at Sticks the Badger. Sonic Rush Adventure is kind of underrated, at least compared to the original Sonic Rush. Especially the music. The music was amazing even by Sonic standards.

Farscape! Was an Australian scifi show similar to voyager/ds9/stargate a little bit. Astronaut goes through a wormhole, ends up on a ship with aliens from all over. Really worth a look.
