Literally the only difference between Gobbo Uzaki-chan and how Uzaki-chan is typically drawn is that she's green and has long gobbo ears.
Well, that and in typical "Joao" style, she's got some meatier thighs to somewhat offset the sheer weight of her breasts. Which I think is actually a design improvement--I know it's a tiresome cliche to say a big-breasted woman character looks like she's going to break her back, but I just think a design is typically more balanced aesthetics-wise if Uzaki-chan's bottom half looks like it could feasibly support all that weight up top, rather than have skinny chicken legs that look like they can't even support the weight of her head (the head alone is usually around 10 pounds, or 4.54 kg for those of you outside the US).
