[Warmup - Bad Santa]

I watched several of these Bad Santa movies last year out of boredom. It was interesting being reminded of a time when movies were trying WAY too hard to be “edgy” for the Millennial demographic instead of “woke” for the Gen Z demographic today.

Maybe when people are complaining about either types of writing, they are simply saying, “I want honest, human writing, not a consumer product that tries to appeal to the current 18-34-year-old demographic!” The more things change…

I've only seen the first one and thought it was alright, it was definitely an accurate portayal of a mall santa I have met as a kid
