Wow! I actually watched the timelapse video. This isn't just some quick speed sculpt in ZBrush or Nomad Sculpt--this is what the industry calls "production-ready!" Animation-ready topology, a proper IK/FK rig--I learned quite a bit of cool stuff myself just from watching it! If you baked all the procedural textures into a single PBR texture set, you could probably even plop this beauty into a real-time game engine like Unreal or Godot! Not only does it look great, I learned something from watching the timelapse video!
