Making a right turn? What the heck does that mean? Is he warning pedestrians his car is about to make a right turn? That would be nice of him. Or is he making a hard right politically, like about 48 of the 50 US states this past election? That would be less nice of him...

You can find him on Ebay, although he doesn't pop up as much and is pretty pricey. The Stewie one seems to be the most common since there's plenty of him on Ebay.
