This comic implies the Internet as a whole has no imagination and is incapable of seeing Lucia as the cutie-pie she is just from her wearing (relatively) normal clothing. Which is probably right for the most part, but generally if a woman looks absolutely stunning while still respecting public decency laws, then she looks absolutely stunning no matter what she decides to wear.
